Our first meeting took place on the afternoon of May 21st at the Mbororo Yaoundé office. A number of representatives gathered to introduce me to Mboscuda and answer some questions.
It was a very productive and enlightening meeting. Thanks so much for their kindness and for sharing their knowledge. It was helpful to understand the issues encountered by the Mbororo across Cameroon and I look forward to learning more in the East region.
The six representatives were extremely courteous, helpful, and welcoming. We exchanged contact information, spoke for a few hours, and they also gave me some literature and pamphlets about Mboscuda. All of this will be valuable to my research.
